JOB Overview:
We are looking for a reliable full-time professional to support multiple field locations.
This includes clerical support, answering phones, tracking jobs, and acting as a liaison between the field and corporate offices.
Job Description:
Manage paperwork including, but not limited to, compliance, payroll, and job tracking Assist in collection of job packets Request and track Purchase Orders Coordinate with Human Resources and assist with onboarding and offboarding paperwork Interact professionally with owners, customers, and coworkers Other duties as assigned or needed Requirements:
General office experience Microsoft Office experience Detail oriented and self-motivated Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Authorized to work in the United States EOE M/W/Vet/Disability Job Type:
