This facility serves stable adults with mental health diagnoses.
We are a locally-owned family business with residents who stay with us for decades! Our schedule is based on a 3 days on / 3 days off rotation.
Because of this, you must be able to work all days of the week, but you will have a schedule you can count on and plan around in advance- no surprises! We are currently hiring for a full-time day position.
The hours are 6am-6pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
supervision, assistance with ADLs, housekeeping, laundry, and medication supervision.
Our residents are high-functioning and require a lower level of physical care.
Therefore, this position focuses more heavily on other PCA duties such as housekeeping, medication supervision, and laundry.
ADL assistance is on an as-needed basis for many residents.
Must have valid Texas Driver's License.
Experience useful but not necessary.
